Currently, we have the following positions available:

1. Regional Coordinators - Northern & Southern California (Hybrid): Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? We're seeking dedicated individuals to serve as Regional Coordinators in both Northern and Southern California. In this role, you'll work closely with local partners, educators, and stakeholders to support the implementation of Umoja programs and initiatives.
2. Director of Research & Evaluation (DR&E): Are you experienced in research and evaluation methodologies? We're searching for a Director of Research & Evaluation to lead our efforts in assessing the impact and effectiveness of Umoja programs. Join us in advancing evidence-based practices and driving continuous improvement across our organization.
3. Director of Finance: Are you a finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact? Join us as the Director of Finance and play a key role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of Umoja. Lead our finance team in managing budgets, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning.
